3 Coaching Sessions


The monthly plan is best for those who are not able to pay in full. We will work together to create a plan to accomplish your goals within a set amount of time, getting you on the path to your best self!

Program details:

  • 3 sessions spread over 1 month
    • this allows for a one "skip" in case of a holiday, illness, vacation, or just a break week.
  • Each session is 45 minutes in length
  • You have 3 options for the format you most enjoy
    • Phone call
    • Skype
    • If you are in the Columbus, Ohio area, we can meet at my office or a more convenient café
  • An array of helpful questionnaires and worksheets
  • E-mail access to me in between sessions
  • An exit plan for long term success
